By using the Service, you represent that you have read, understand, and agree to be bound by these Terms, and that you are of legal age to form a binding contract.
1. Service Description
Marketing Automation offers tools and applications that allow users to capture, control, and manage data. The Service includes tools to intercept messages, move files to restricted storage, create backup copies, and a virtual private network (VPN) service.
2. Use of Properties
Certain Restrictions:
- You shall not license, sell, rent, lease, or commercially exploit the Marketing Automation Properties.
- You shall not modify, translate, reverse engineer, or disassemble any part of the Service.
- You shall not engage in harmful acts like introducing viruses or using automated processes to "scrape" data.
3. Fees and Purchase Terms
You agree to pay all fees or charges to your Account in accordance with the billing terms in effect.
Automatic Renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically for the same duration unless cancelled 24 hours prior to renewal via your App Store settings.
Non-Refundable
Except as set forth in the Terms, all fees for the Services are non-refundable.
4. Limitation of Liability
IMPORTANT SAFETY NOTICE:
The Telephony Services are NOT intended to support or carry emergency calls or SMS messages to any emergency services.
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Under no circumstances will Marketing Automation be liable for more than the amount received from you during the twelve-month period preceding a claim, or $50.00.
5. Dispute Resolution
You are giving up your right to go to court except for small claims. Any dispute shall be referred to and finally determined by binding and confidential arbitration conducted by the American Arbitration Association (AAA).
